All backend is self-made, including automatic creation of servers.

As of DMCA, to be honest we never got any DMCA reports from Bahnhof, and we use their services for about 3 years. They are actively fighting for private and safe internet. But, we are not guaranteed anything, so we can't guarantee anything either.
