Firstly Dartnode.com's VPS is very affrodable and nice.
It is recommended for purpose like using as reverse proxy or vpn server.

It is starting from 2$ a month with unmetered bandwidth, It is really nice for usage like VPN.

Why It's 4/5?
Reason is little unuseful dashboard. Probably make easy to know about the status of server like reinstalling, running, shutdown, rebooting e.t.c
For deploy speed It is nice. 

Overall
Best fit for small websites or VPN, Reverse Proxy.


If you finding for VPS for debug, test and only use for a little hours.
I highly recommend Vultr, linode.
It's billed by hourly so You don't waste money.

Onamae.com is famous and largest domain registrar in Japan.
Onamae.com is hosted by GMO INTERNET GROUP(Japanese Company) and they also have many domain registrars as reseller of Onamae.com.
Such as Z.com, Value-Domian.com, Lolipop.jp , MuuMuu-Domain.com.

They are really bad because

1. Pricing is not cheap
They says "we're cheapest" but this is not true.
Their pricing was ONLY cheap at register, Their renewal price is too high.

2. Too many marketing emails
They will send too many marketing emails every day.

3. Scam
Everytime ask "need a server?" on register domain and If they click yes they will start server subscription. No addtional check, if misclick its over.
They don't tell us about minimum length of subscription and doing scam.

4. Suspending for no reason
They trust idiot websites such as spamhaus and suspend domains, accounts.
And they request KYC.

5. SLOWEST SUPPORT AND GARBAGE SUPPORT
Too slow, need few days for reply and it's unuseful.

Overall ALL Register by GMO is garbage and scam.
Do not use it, It's waste of time.
